PAST EVENTS

19 April, 2008 – Time Trials EAST – Putnam Valley HS
This event saw over 500 athletes participate in the trials for the upcoming Spring Games East at Mahopac High School. The sun was shining, and so were the athletic performances. This prelude to the competition was phenomenal. The volunteers were outstanding, the coaches, incredibly helpful, and the athletes, well, they are always great, and this weekend was no exception!
Special thanks to the Yorktown Elks for their stupendous support at running the softball throw, and to Norm Krieger over at Shot Put. Thanks, too, to Marlene Uris at Standing Long Jump. Y’all made the day a tremendous success. To all my friends on the “blue side” you are the “best” always! And to the Jones crew…thank you, thank you! John Hallinan…no band-aids, but I appreciate your efforts anyway, and to Bob Geber…thanks for coming….AGAIN! Finally, to my “boys”…you’re awesome…see you Saturday at 6:00am!
