The Physical Fitness event, hosted in Yonkers this past weekend, saw in excess of 120 athletes from Westchester and Dutchess counties go for the Gold in up to ten events. With the help of several different volunteer groups and coaches totaling over 50, the event was a grand success. Thanks to all those who gave up yet another Saturday to see our Olympians shine!

The Rockland Floor Hockey League continues with three weeks of competitive opportunities and over 165 competitive opportunities already achieved.

The Pioneer League continues its interscholastic competitions and has added more officials to its ranks this week. We are looking forward to yet another success year.

“Gee-thanks!” Hey, I really mean it. Not the “thanks” you get as you hold the door for someone at the convenience store on a nice day. I mean the “thanks” when someone takes a moment, makes eye contact, breaks into a smile, and says, “gee-thanks” because you did what you do for others. So, “gee-thanks…again”
