This award recognizes and celebrates families who have gone beyond their own immediate needs and have made contributions to improve life for others. "Tony and Paula Angi have been active supporters and ambassador of Special Olympics since their son Tim became involved as an 8-year old athlete." Now 17, Tim still actively participates in golf, track and field, volleyball, basketball, softball, and speed skating. "In addition to their support of Tim's athletic endeavors, the Angi's have also been volunteer coaches, officials, event organizers, fundraisers and advocates." To the entire Angi family I say THANK YOU for all you do.
